Refund Policy

Dockorate seasons are unlocked with $DOCKORATE: either by holding the token for the whole calendar, or by paying per season through an x402 micropayment.

Season unlocks

Holding $DOCKORATE costs nothing to unlock. Access is read live from your wallet, so there is nothing to refund: sell the token and the seasons close again.
Single-season unlocks paid in $DOCKORATE settle on Solana and are final once the season opens. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by us.

When we will make it right

If Dockorate will not run on your Mac, or a season fails to open after a confirmed payment, email hello@dockorate.fun within 7 days with the wallet address and the transaction signature. We will either restore access or send the same amount of $DOCKORATE back to the wallet that paid.

What we cannot refund

Token purchases made on a third-party exchange, a launchpad or a DEX. Those trades are between you and that venue.
Price movement of $DOCKORATE. The token is a season key, not a deposit, and we do not promise a price.
Unlocks bought on a wallet you no longer control.

Short version. Holding is free and reversible by selling. A confirmed per-season payment that does not work is refunded in $DOCKORATE. Exchanges and price moves are not ours to refund.
